Coastal offers a full refund or exchange if you have proof of purchase such as a receipt, gift receipt or invoice. If your item does not have proof of purchase we are happy to offer a store credit or an exchange for items we currently have in stock. All exchanges and refunds require a manager approval.

What is the return policy for office supplies?

If you find that for any reason your office supply purchase is not satisfactory, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in their original condition in their original packaging and must be accompanied by a return authorization.

In this case, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of shipped date and we'll exchange it, issue store credit or refund it.

Please note

Only items in their original condition will be accepted for credit. Items that show signs of wear such as stains, washing, etc. will not be credited.
