Can you return Cove equipment?

Cove will provide a complete refund of service and equipment charges, as long as you notify us no later than sixty (60) days following your date of purchase (the “60-Day Refund Period”). You must also ship the Product(s) you want to return to us no later than (the "60-Day Refund Period").

How do I return my Cove security system?

RETURN PROCEDURE To request a return, begin a return authorization request from the returns portal, at which point a return shipping label will be provided to you. Use the shipping label to ship your Cove back to us and otherwise follow the instructions in the returns portal.
