To return or exchange an item, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page in the footer of our website. https://returns.cynthiarowley.com/ We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item, returns sent back outside of this window cannot be processed. Return orders must be shipped back within 7 days to be accepted.

How to use Venmo as payment method?

To use Venmo as your payment method, make sure web payments are enabled within your Venmo account settings. At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment option. You will then be able to choose Venmo as your preferred method.

Is headwear a final sale?

All headwear is final sale for sanitary reasons. Besides our wetsuits, all swimwear is final sale due to sanitary reasons. Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. This includes items bought with a discount or a promotional code.

Is Cynthia Rowley shipping refundable?

All other purchases must go directly to the original place of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can you cancel a pre order?

If not, your whole order will ship together. You cannot cancel your order once it is placed.

Due to labor shortages from COVID-19, we are currently experiencing delays in the processing of all orders. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and appreciate your patience. We are working our hardest to get your orders out as fast as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return window from the date the item has been delivered. Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. This includes items bought with a discount or a promotional code.

Discounts & Promotions

Usually a discount code won’t work because it’s expired or because the items in your shopping cart are restricted. First check if the code you are using has an expiration date or has any requirements such as a minimum spend amount.
