All rented textbooks must be returned or postmarked by the last day of the finals. You may return your rental books in person or by mail. If you would like to return your rentals by shipping them back to the NDSU Bookstore, fill out the Textbook Rental Return Form . Log into your account to see your rental history and currently rented titles.
What to include when returning a refund?
Include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your securely packaged return. If you don’t have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Your refund could be delayed if we can’t identify the original purchase details.
How long does it take to get an eBook back?
eBooks are refundable within 14 days of the customer accessing the content, or 30 days after the purchase is made (without customer accessing the content), whichever occurs first.
How long does it take to get a refund from McGraw Hill?
Courseware items, such as MyMathLab or McGraw Hill Connect, are refundable within 14 days from purchase (regardless of the amount of content accessed by the customer).
Is a final exam refundable?
Course Materials purchased during the last week of classes or final exams are not refundable.
Is shipping a return at your expense?
Return shipping is at your expense. We’re not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item (s).
How long does it take to get a refund from a store?
Clothing, Gifts, Supplies, and General Books are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition, clothing must be un-worn. No Refunds, No Exchanges on the following items: General Catalogs, Gift Cards, Clearance Merchandise. All in-store returns require a receipt or packing slip.
Can you return graduation regalia?
Graduation regalia must be in original condition and will not be returnable if worn or used for photographs. Refunds are available on the Stole of Gratitude only if still in the original, sealed packaging. Legacy scholarship donation cords are non-refundable.
