What are the return policy terms for DD's discounts?
The return policy terms below remain the same. dd’s DISCOUNTS uses a refund verification system. All returns are subject to system verification. Please keep and use your receipt on all return and exchange transactions as there is a limit to the number of no-receipted refunds allowed by the system.
What is DSW’s return policy?

How long is a DDS lab warranty?
DDS Lab does not warrant that such devices are fit for any particular purpose and if such disclaimer is not permitted by law, the duration of any implied warranty is limited to ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. *Orthodontic appliances are warrantied for a period of 90 days from date of invoice.
How long does it take to return an appliance to DDS?
Any use, sale, alteration or modification to the appliance or failure to timely notify and return the appliance to DDS Lab within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item shall constitute acceptance of the appliance.

What happens if you request a remake of a case?
If a remake is requested after the lab deemed the provided case materials incomplete and/or unsatisfactory and customer elects to proceed with the completion of the case without making any adjustment, refuses a try-in, or does not supply requested materials.
What is the interest rate on past due accounts?
Past due accounts shall bear an interest rate of 1.5% per month or maximum allowed by law, until the balance is paid in full. DDS Lab may refuse to accept new or complete existing orders on accounts with past due balances.
Is the warranty void for prosthetics?
The warranty will be void for removable prosthetics fabricated without a try-in/setup.
Does DDS Lab have a refund policy?
DDS Lab reserves the right to cure or correct any defect before issuance of any credit or refund.
