Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Return the item within 10 days of receiving your return label. Items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept altered items for exchange.

One of the top questions we get is whether or not a designer's dresses are true-to-size. Dessy bridesmaid dresses are true-to-size, but their sizes do run smaller than retail's sizes. This is common in the wedding industry!
How do I cancel an order on Dessy?
As a result, we CANNOT change or cancel an order once the "complete order" button is clicked on the order review page. If you have made an error when placing your order, contact us immediately.

ORDERING A DRESS
You can order our jumpsuits and dresses online at our website https://dessy.com/ in the U.S. and https://ca.dessy.com/ in Canada and through our independent authorized retail partners. If you are a U.K., E.U., or Australian customer, you must order through a local authorized retail partner.
SIZING & FIT
Each dress has unique size measurements, so you may not wear your usual size. Most people need 1 size larger than their typical Ready-to-Wear size. For an optimal fit, alterations are often required.
FABRIC SWATCHES & EXTRA FABRIC
Colors viewed on your screen will vary from the actual fabric colors. So, we always recommend viewing your fabric and color choice in person before placing your dress order.
DELIVERY
The earlier, the better. You should plan to order your bridesmaid dress 4 months before your event or wear date, if you've chosen a Special Order style. For a Ready to Ship style, you should order at least 1 month before your wear date.
SPECIAL ORDER DRESSES VS. READY TO SHIP DRESSES
To accommodate a wide range of wedding themes and bridesmaid's sizes, we offer over 400 unique styles, 200 colors, and 17 sizes! It would be impossible for us to stock every style, color, and size combination. Therefore many style, color, and size combos need to be produced when an order is placed - these are called Special Order.
