Devialet Care is an insurance to cover any damage on your Phantom. You will have the manufacturer's warranty for three extra years, which means effective protection for a total of five years. You can purchase this service through all existing channels such as authorized dealers, our Devialet store, and our web store. Our newest Devialet Care numbers should start with the characters P4WL or PR3M and will cover you for a period of sixty (60) months. If your Devialet Care number is different, it might belong to an old product, and the coverage will be thirty-six (36) months.
How long is the warranty on a Devialet Gemini?
Devialet Gemini. Devialet Gemini has a two years (24 months) warranty. This warranty is available regardless of the sales channel you purchased your Phantom (Web, Retail, or Reseller). However, there are some limits from a logistics point of view, making your product unable to be exchanged.
