Extended Holiday Returns
We've extended our 30-Days Returns Policy to 60-Days for orders placed between November 23rd to December 24th.
Standard Return
We only accept returns of non-sale, unused and undamaged items purchased through Pacsafe.com. For all other returns, please refer to the store where you made the original purchase.
How to create a return ticket
On our returns page please input the order number (in the order confirmation email) that was issued when you purchased your returning item, along with your email and click "Find Order".
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different item, please follow the above instructions for a return and place a new order for the item you'd like to change to.
Warranty Information
We offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories. If you have a manufacturing issue not related to standard wear and tear, you may qualify to receive a replacement through our Warranty program.
