I too wanted to put my two cents woth in. I have a lab who had terrible skin problems mostly bleeding dry scabby skin and Dinovite did no good in fact it made it worse. I had to take her back to the vet, more steroids more pills.

I actually am a customer of Dinovite. The first order I got was a product that my dog loved but I didn't. It was a fish oil that Buster gobbled up but I hated the smell. I guess I wasn't thinking of fish smell when I bought it. LOL

At Dinovite, we have an extremely easy to follow return policy. http://www.dinovite.com/guarantee.html/ This person used the product from Nov. 2011 for 90 days, so through sometime in Feb. 2012, which is this month, the same month they posted this complaint. There has not even been enough time for a credit to be given and show up on a statement.
