IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit redeemable on dressbarn.com. Dressbarn does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. With limited exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Do you get a refund when you return clothes?
In-Store Returns: You will likely need the receipt or invoice to return the item for a full refund. Some stores will refund without a receipt, but others may only give a replacement or store credit.
Does dressbarn run true to size?
In terms of sizing, I'd say all the dresses run true for misses sizing.
Can I return something to Boot Barn without a receipt?
Returns received without a receipt will be returned to the customer. If you purchased online and want to return it in a store, you may do so for a refund, an exchange or store-credit.

What is a pre sale item?
Pre-sale items are made available to allow customers to hold items before they actually make it into the inventory. These items won’t ship until after they become available in inventory. The projected ship date is always shown in the overview section of the product page.

What happens if you only buy one pair of capri pants?
I've always understood this to be the policy with BOGO sales. If you had only purchased one pair of capri pants, you would have paid full price. They would not have given you one pair at 50% off just because you chose not to make use of their sale.
What happens when you return half of a BOGO?
Nature of BOGO offers and returns. When you returned 'half' of the BOGO the remaining item you kept reverts to full price. Their only obligation is to return part of the sales tax (depending on how they rung it up). If you were to 'exchange' your item then it would be a different matter and would be a simple trade.
