Azazie will only issue one prepaid return label per order, so we recommend returning all unwanted items at one time. If you received a free garment bag (s) and/or a pannier and need to return your order, you may keep these items (they are a free gift sent with select items).

All products are purchased as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception. These final sale products are sold AS IS. This includes all sale products and products purchased using a promotional code.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased through AE?

Bring your items to any AE, Aerie, or Tailgate store in the U.S. for easy, free returns and exchanges. Bring proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) and the credit card used to make the original purchase.

How long do you have to return items to AE?

Start a Return You can wait as long as you need to return your items – there is no time limit to provide a full refund, charge back to a credit card, make an exchange, or issue an AE Gift Card. If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund.

Can I place an advance order on Eaze?

We do not allow orders in advance. Eaze connects users and licensed dispensaries for on-demand ordering and delivery services. Dispensary drivers begin the delivery process as soon as an order is placed, so we currently do not feature the ability to place advance orders.

Why does Eaze charge a delivery fee?

Where is Eaze available?

While the Application or parts of the Eaze Platform may be accessed from various locations, the Service is currently available only to Users and Retailers located in certain states, cities, counties, municipalities, and jurisdictions, determined at the sole discretion of Eaze (“Service Area”).

What is an eaze agreement?

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions that govern your use of Eaze and its associated services, and constitutes a legal, binding agreement between you , Eaze Technologies, Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Eaze”).

What happens if someone attempts to use your Eaze account?

Any attempt by another individual to use your Account may result in your inability to use the Service, and/or suspension from the Eaze Platform. You are responsible for the use of your Account and Eaze expressly disclaims any liability arising from the unauthorized use of your Account.

What is required to register an account?

To register an Account, you may be required to submit User Data, including personally identifiable information (“PII”) such as your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, or government-issued ID (i.e. driver’s license, state ID card, or passport).

How long does it take to file an Eaze claim?

You and Eaze agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Eaze Platform or the Eaze Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. Otherwise such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.

What is Eaze Platform?

Your use of the “Eaze Platform” consists of the Application and the Service. You may access services Eaze provides through the Eaze website located at eaze.com, Driver mobile applications for iOS and Android mobile operating systems (the “Driver App”), Consumer mobile applications for iOS and Android, and any other websites, applications, programs, or tools provided, owned, or operated by Eaze (collectively, the “Application”). Use of the Application may include ordering and receiving medical or adult-use cannabis and cannabis accessories via on-demand delivery from licensed Retailers (“Delivery Services”), providing Delivery Services as an employee or independent contractor of a licensed Retailer (“Driver”), or any other services provided or facilitated by Eaze including, without limitation, lead generation, logistical support, and customer engagement (collectively, the “Service”). Together, the Service and the Application are known as the Eaze Platform.

How many promotions can you use on Eaze?

Unless otherwise specified on the Promotion itself, you may only use one Promotion per Account, per day.

Can I get delivery outside of California or Michigan?

No, we do not currently deliver outside the States of California and Michigan.

Can I pay with card?

You can pay with your Debit/ATM card upon delivery in many locations. This does not include pre-paid debit cards of any kind, HSA or MRA benefit cards. Find out more about payment methods here.

How can I see my order history?

Using a website browser, click on the hamburger menu on the left-hand side of your screen. From there, you can select "Order History". This will display the last two months of orders successfully placed with Eaze.

Why does my ETA change during delivery?

Estimated Time to Arrival (ETA) is affected by dozens of factors and is subject to change once an order has been placed.

Why does Eaze have a delivery fee?

Is the tip included in my order total?

It is not. While tipping is entirely up to you, should you wish to tip your driver, the only way to do this currently is with cash.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Many of our items are made-to-order, so we don't keep these items in stock. If an item doesn't work and another one is needed, a return will need to be processed for all unwanted items (if eligible) and a new order must be placed for new items.

RETURNING TRY-ON DRESSES

At-Home Try On dresses are automatically approved for return, you do not need to follow the instructions above. Simply box the dresses back in the original box they arrived in, add the return label that was included in the box, and drop off at the specified carrier by the 7th day of delivery.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MIS-SHIPPED DRESSES

Azazie will issue a full refund including tax and shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items as long as we are notified within 30 days of delivery to you.
