No idea where my order is
Ordered a dress on 16/9/21. Its 2/10/21 now. No idea where the item is. Tracking is useless. Says item delivered to Yokohama. Is that useful to me if I am in Singapore?
Placed an order in may 21
Placed an order in may 21. One item missing which the comps by emailed and said was out of stock. No reply then to replace or return money despite emailing them 4 times. Even wrote email to registered email on PayPal asking for refund. Nothing to date ! So disappointing and time consuming. Online shopping should be effortless and safe.

Return policy is sucks
It’s happened far before pandemic. Order number was #8181024665720 Item:Pure color splicing knitted pleated dress. Reason for return: doesn’t fit well Tracking number: UH014776749US USPS. I used address that you provided. And sent the item back on December 2018. They have nice clothes, interesting models, good quality, but return policy is suck.
I ordered a dress about two months ago
I ordered a dress from Ezpopsy about two months ago, and nothing has arrived. I am contacting the company, but there is no response from them. Finally the dress arrived, it was late, but it arrived today and it is a wonderful as the picture.
Dress bought on Ezpopsy
I have ordered one dress at EoMarch 2021, it arrived +/- in 3 weeks which is really good as it comes from China (and is probably sewed upon order). Everything about this dress is lovely - the material, the cut, the quality of the sewing. For this quality level the price is almost too low when compared with other stores. I ordered based on the size chart and it fits well (but indeed I had to order 1 size up than usual, so it's important to check the size chart before ordering, as with any other company). Not sure if this company is somehow related to Jollyhers (which does not exist anymore since 2 years or so) as the webpage design is quite similar, in any case I already had good experience with Jollyhers as well. I have seen that the average review note is below 3, that' sort of surprising to me, from my side it's a clear 5 stars. I would order at anytime again.
