What is Filson’s guarantee and return policy?
As you may have read in our Guarantee and Return Policy about all Filson products, the workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials are protected against failure for the lifetime of the item. In the event your Filson item fails in one of these categories, oftentimes we can repair the piece.
How long does it take to get a refund from Filson?
Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund. Purchases made with Filson Credit must be refunded to Filson Credit. We cannot refund a purchase made with a Filson Credit to another method of payment. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
What is the return policy for final sale items?
