How do I get my EDC refund?
All the tickets purchased through them are final and they will not refund the amount under any circumstances. Only if the EDC is cancelled or postponed, they will be able to make arrangements to offer a refund or provide you with an exchange ticket.
Can I cancel my rolling loud layaway plan?
Rolling Loud offers payment plans to fans who wish to pay their tickets off over time. A minimum deposit is required and payments are taken out periodically. If you want to pay your plan off early, or cancel your plan early, you are able to do so in your ticket account after purchasing.

Can you ship furniture in-home?
On many larger items like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Delivery. With our In-Home Delivery service, the item will be brought inside your home, unpacked, and placed in its final destination, and the packaging materials will be removed. Assembly is not included.

Made a purchase with a gift card and paid the remaining with credit card. I needed to return an item and the amount has been placed back on the gift card. I spend $45 over the gift card and the return was $30. Therefore I should have been given a refund on my card.
