How long do I have to return my jewelry?
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 60 days from the purchase date for jewelry; and within 30 days from the purchase date for watches. Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories.

How long does it take to get a refund from Effy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item/s for refund, exchange or merchandise credit within 30 days from the date of shipment. If returned between 31 and 45 days from date of shipment, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. We will gladly accept items that are unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes. After 45 days, orders may only be eligible for our upgrade policy. All refunds (less original shipping charges, if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.
Does Effy Jewelry have lifetime upgrades?
Effy Jewelry offers a lifetime upgrade policy on most items. Upgrades will be honored only if the new purchase price is greater than twice the amount of the original purchase. The original piece must be in new condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS
Orders placed between November 20th and December 10th, 2021 can be returned or exchanged by January 10th, 2022. All orders placed after December 10th, 2021 will be eligible for our regular 30-day return policy.

Exchanges
To expedite an exchange for a different size or a different item, please place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 10 business days after the returns are received.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you find an item to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you accordingly. Damaged items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the item.

If you have any problems with your order please contact our Customer Support within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to make a return you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) from us and return the merchandise within 7 days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Inspection and Processing Time
Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 10 business days after the returns are received. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended.
Refunds
A refund on the merchandise amount (excluding any discounts and our actual shipping fee) will be issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation once we have completed the return process. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
