Can you return gc2b binders?
We are happy to exchange your order provided the item is in its original condition (NOT USED) and sent back within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are offered for all items unless otherwise stated on the product page. Limited edition and final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
How long do gc2b returns take?
It's out of your hands and in ours now -- we've got your back. Once we receive your exchange, it will take 1-5 business days for you to receive a notification email with your return approval and store credit for original cost of the binder you purchased.
How do I return a package to gc2b?
gc2b returns We recommend using USPS First Class services to return your order. Take your return package to a post office to return it. USPS offers free return envelopes however, we suggest using a small plastic envelope. The envelopes offered by the post office increase the price of shipping.

If you have selected the returns bar option through our exchange portal, you will receive a QR code via email. Bring the item you are returning and your QR code to the nearest returns bar - there is no need to package up your binder! Your exchange will be instantly processed upon receipt of your item!
