How do you process returns placed on Gift Cards (Visa Gift Card, Mastercard Prepaid, etc)?
If you return an item (s) from an order that was purchased with a Visa gift card, be sure to keep the card information. We will credit the amount of the purchase back onto the Visa gift card. Please note: If the card or card information is lost, we cannot recover the refunded amount.
How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?
Once your items have been processed at a Happy Returns Return Bar or dropped off in the mail, your refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

In Store Purchases
Simply return the item in its original packaging to the store, with your receipt. In the event you do not have your receipt, the store would issue an in-store gift card for the product’s current value – which may not be the same value as you paid. The in-store gift card can only be used at the issuing store location.
Online Purchases can be returned to store or via our online warehouse
This is the fastest way to receive your refund; Simply return your online purchase to a local Giant Tiger location. You must present your confirmation email or the packing slip that came with the shipped item (s).
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases at this time. For products purchased in-store, exchanges are based on availability of product.
What is a warranty in a product?
