How long does it take for Giftshack to process a refund?
Giftsshack will process the refund directly to your payment card/PAYPAL, in no more than:#N#a. 14 days after the day the product is received; or#N#b. if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product; or#N#c. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed Giftsshack about your decision to cancel your order.
How long does it take to get a return postmarked?
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
