When does warranty start on glowforge?
If you purchase your product from an authorized Glowforge retailer, warranty coverage for your product starts on your original purchase date. If you purchase your product directly from Glowforge, warranty coverage for your product starts on the date of shipment to you (the original purchaser).
How long does glowforge warranty last?
If your shipping address is outside the European Union, Glowforge warrants Proofgrade materials and spare parts against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months when used as instructed in conjunction with a Glowforge product.

Does Glowforge have a warranty?
If any law in your jurisdiction modifies this warranty, however, then Glowforge does not offer a warranty in your jurisdi ction and nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your legal rights.
Does glowforge warrant wear and tear?
However, Glowforge does not warrant against normal wear and te ar, items consumed or expended by their normal use, product misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by modifications to the product.
Is implied warranty limited to the foregoing period?
Unless otherwise required by law, any implied warranties are limited to the foregoing warranty periods. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state (in the United States) or country to country.
What is the warranty?
US customers receive a 6-month warranty on the Glowforge Basic and a 12-month warranty on the Glowforge Plus and Glowforge Pro.
How can I become an international reseller or distributor?
Unfortunately we're not ready for international distribution right now.
How can I find out how many referrals I have?
You can see how many orders you've referred by logging in to Glowforge.com and clicking "referrals" in the upper right corner. Each time we ship an order that was referred by you, we will send you an email letting you know and giving you a few choices for how you'll receive your referral compensation.
How can I upgrade my order?
Unless your product was backordered when you purchased, the order has already gone to fulfillment. If your order is backordered, email support@glowforge.com to let us know what change you’d like to make, and we’ll see if we can do it for you.
Can I buy an Air Filter after my Glowforge arrives?
The Glowforge Air Filter is currently available for purchase in the Glowforge Shop.
