Exchange Policy (Sizing Issues)

If you want to exchange a product because of sizing issues, we can work with you to solve the problem. Please email support@gracodesign.com within 30 days of the delivery date to begin the process.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

Once the order is being placed, it will still have a 2-hour window to allow modifications. After that, it will have a corresponding "production time" depending on the variant or the item ordered.

Order not received

After the production time, it will then be shipped. The 30-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If in case it has passed 30 days for US orders and/or 45 days for international orders and the package has not arrived yet, then replacement or refund will be offered depending on what your customers prefer.
