HATCH Stores offer returns on eligible items 10 days from when your order is placed. To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the items and in the original form of payment, all merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt.

How to return merchandise within 30 days of receipt?

To expedite return shipments from within the United States, please follow the return procedure outlined here: Within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-227-4224 to obtain Return Authorization.
