Made a purchase at Good Feet Store of 2 sets of plastic inserts. While I was pleased with one set, the other did not support my feet at all, and I returned them for an exchange within the 60 day grace period they give, less than a month after the original purchase.

Returns from Canada have NO restocking fees but we ask that you pay for the international return shipping fees. All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (please try shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing). Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box).

Worried about holiday returns? You can relax. In order to avoid the holiday rush, we put our holiday return policy into effect October 19, 2021. How does this work? Customers who place orders from October 19, 2021 through December 24, 2021 have until January 15, 2022 or 45 days from ship date (whichever is longer) to make a return or exchange.

HealthyFeetStore.com was born due to a shortage of quality orthopedic shoe stores. Dr. Hurless would prescribe custom orthotics for his patients but had an ongoing problem on where to send his patients for shoes that would fit the custom orthotics.
