Your failure to acquaint yourself with a store's return policy hardly makes it a ripoff. A retailer can have any return policy they wish. Up to and including no returns for any reason.

If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package). Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. Please complete our Damaged Package Claim Form and mail or fax it to us for review.
