What is home zone furniture?
Home Zone Furniture requires that all products are properly inspected BEFORE you take it home to ensure there are no surprises. Our team is happy to open all packages and will assist in the inspection process. We will then reseal packages for safe transport. We encourage all customers to bring furniture pads or blankets to protect the items during transport as well as rope or tie downs. Home Zone will not be responsible for damage that occurs after leaving the store or during transit. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure the correct items are picked up and in good condition.
Can delivery personnel remove furniture?
Delivery personnel will attempt to deliver the purchased items in a safe and controlled manner but will not attempt to place furniture if they feel it will result in damage to the product or your home. Delivery personnel are unable to remove doors, hoist furniture or carry furniture up more than 3 flights of stairs.
Does Home Zone have a time frame?
However, to route stops as efficiently as possible, Home Zone will provide the time frame. Customers will not be able to choose a time. You will be notified in advance of your scheduled time frame. Please make sure that a responsible adult (18 years or older) will be home at that time.

What does "home zone" mean?
Customer assumes all responsibility for making certain that all items purchased from Home Zone (“Items”) are securely tied down in Customer’s vehicle, trailer or other method of transport (collectively “Vehicle”). Customer RELEASES AND DISCHARGES Home Zone from any and all liability, claims, demands, lawsuits, causes of action, judgments, damages, expenses, attorney fees, and costs (collectively “Claims”) that Customer may have for personal injuries, property damages, or other losses of any nature whatsoever (collectively “Losses and Damages”) that result from the Items not being securely tied down, even if those Damages are caused by the negligence of Home Zone. Do all products carry a warranty?
All products carry a manufacturer’s warranty unless sold “AS IS”. If in the rare occurrence you experience a manufacturer’s defect, you will be required to return the product to the store. The product will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s option. In some cases, you may need to leave the product with us for several days.
Can you pick a day for home zone furniture delivery?
You may pick the day of your delivery, but Home Zone Furniture cannot guarantee a delivery time frame. It is recommended that you choose a day for delivery when you will be available all day.
What is Home Zone warranty?
Home Zone Furniture warrants to you, the original buyer, that goods shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship attributable to manufacture for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of buyer’s receipt of the product. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by the Home Zone warranty. Warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions. THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE GOODS CONSTITUTES HOME ZONE’S ENTIRE OBLIGATION. ADDITIONALLY, IT IS UP TO HOME ZONE’S DISCRETION WHETHER AN ITEM IS REPAIRED OR REPLACED.
