  • Use our online contact form to arrange for any returns or you may email customer service at parts@hondafactoryparts.com.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • We do not reimburse labor, diagnostic testing or installation charges for any reason

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days. Parts must be in original packaging and cannot be used. The following items cannot be returned: Parts that were used or installed.

Can car parts be returned?

All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package. Items being returned must not have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error.

If the returned part or accessory is determined to be defective by our parts department, the item is eligible for a replacement only. Items claimed under warranty are not eligible for a refund. We will re-order the item and ship it out as soon as it becomes available.

What if my package is lost during transit?

If a package is lost during transit and has not been delivered, the customer must notify us within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will then contact the shipping carrier to place a tracer on the missing package (s).

Does HondaPartsNow.com offer store credit on returned parts or accessories?

Unfortunately, store credit is not available at this time. All returns are processed as a refund or a replacement only.
