Does Impala have free returns?
US Customers: We will happily exchange or refund your item within the given time frame*, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED). Free return shipping is available on all returns/exchanges.
Do Impala skates have a warranty?
To claim under the Warranty, you need to take the Product back to the place you purchased it from, where the retailer will either replace, exchange defective parts or repair the Product for you on our behalf. You will need to present the warranty card included in the original box and receipt as proof of purchase.

Should you size up in Impala skates?
Our skates typically run true to size. We recommend you stick with the US women's sizing to be accurate. However, if you're a half size, we recommend sizing up. If for some reason, they don't work out, our exchange process is fairly easy.
Do Impalas run big or small?
They are true to size. I got them in size 8 for women's which is a size 6 in men's. I'm a size 8 in heels and sneakers so they fit me perfect. There's enough room for my feet to wear thicker socks if I wanted and they don't feel too tight.

Impala Skate offers free returns for Australian orders. We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item is returned within the return period and the item and its packaging is in original condition with the original tag attached.
HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Orders placed from November 1st to December 31st 2021, will have until January 31st 2022 to be exchanged. Orders will be valid for refund within 4 weeks of purchase.

All refunds are given as in-store credit unless approved. Credits that are refunded back to a card will incur a $10.00 processing fee. We DO NOT give cash refunds at events/trade shows. Exchanges only will be handled at the events, a refund must be handled by the office.
Can you return a freight order if it is damaged?
If you accept the damaged shipment, we will NOT be able to replace the merchandise for you. Please note that we will not refund or exchange metal for minor dings, scratches or similar imperfections.
