Quality products and service
Purchased 2 Large countertop marble containers with brushed gold handles. These are so unique and very good quality for our marble bath renovation. Sadly despite the most meticulously wrapped items with more bubble wrap that I have ever seen, one lid was damaged en route.

I just finished furnishing our new mountain home and shopped Kathy Kuo Home. I bought 10 dining room chairs one came in damaged and KKH replaced it immediatley, the cusotmer service was excellent. I have since ordered more chairs and can't wait to see them.
