How long does it take for a lady black tie gown to ship?
GOWNS: If the gown has 'Ships out in 1 business day from order' next to 'availability' then your gown will ship right away. Most gowns ship immediate, however, some of our floor-length gowns may be on backorder in periods of high seasonal demand or due to popularity. (Prom Season and Spring this is far more common) Your gown will ship when the reorder arrives or when they finish making more of the gown, which is typically 3 week cycle. We encourage you to email us info@ladyblacktie.com if you have any questions about a specific gown's availability and estimated ship date before placing an order.
How long does it take to ship a Portia and Scarlett gown?
If it does not have this, we recommend reaching out and we can let you know an estimate of how long it will take to ship. Average processing time for a Portia & Scarlett gown is currently 3 weeks from date of order. Shipping is by DHL or UPS, and your order will ship from one of their many international warehouses.
How long does it take to ship a mini dress?
Mini length, Midi Length, and Maxi Dresses are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase from our location in Hudson, Massachusetts, USA. When your shipping label is created, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking information.
How much is a wedding party tuxedo late fee?
This contract makes you liable for all the tuxedos in the wedding party. If one of your party members returns a tuxedo a day late, you will be the one paying a $20 late fee for each day.
When to try on a tuxedo?
You go try on your tuxedo just 1-2 days before the wedding , and you find out that something doesn't fit correctly. Although some stores may attempt to fix the problem on the scene, most stores will require you to come back at a later time to pick up the "exchange.".
How much does Fit Guarantee cover?
Maybe you want to move your sleeves up half an inch? Or maybe you prefer your pant length a little higher or lower? In a situation like this, our Fit Guarantee kicks in allowing you to go to your local tailor for these slight adjustments and we'll cover up to $15 for alterations! If you look good, we look good. We want you to OWN THE ROOM with confidence.
What payment options are accepted for online orders?

When do you have to pick up tuxedos?
OK ... you have to go to a tuxedo store to pick out your styles & have your measurements taken ... then you have to pick up your tuxedos 1-2 days before the wedding ... then you have to come back if any "exchanges" are made ... then you have to come back to the store to return the tuxedos.
Can you order as many pieces of black tie?
Yes. With BLACKTIE you are able to order as little or as many pieces as you would like.
Do you need a deposit to rent a tuxedo?
No. Deposits are usually required when renting a tuxedo. With BLACKTIE, you are purchasing (OWNING) your tuxedo. OWN THE TUX, OWN THE ROOM!

Lady Black Tie has really cute, affordable formal wear. The quality is pretty good, and I can depend on the sizing. I purchased a dress for my bachelorette (the Juliette Mini) and a different one for my rehearsal dinner (The Celine Set). both fit true to size and I was happy with both styles! :)
