If you have a paid admission ticket and are unable to visit before the expiration date, we can offer an exception and allow you to use it on another day. On your date of visit only, please visit the outside Guest Services window with your unused ticket and your ID to make your request.

At this time, we do not have any birthday promotions going on and children do not receive complimentary admission on their birthday. If you do visit us to celebrate a birthday, you're welcome to stop by Guest Services to pick up a special “Happy Birthday” pop badge.
Can you leave Legoland Florida and come back?
If you wish to leave the Park and return the same day, at no charge, please have your hand stamped at the Front Gate turnstiles. Refunds or exchanges are not possible in cases of inclement weather or attraction closure.
