What is lamps plus'return policy for online orders?

All merchandise must be in the original packaging. You may return an online purchase to any Lamps Plus store within 60 days of receiving it, but you must first receive an RMA by calling 877-704-2425. When you contact us, please have your online order number and the store location you will be using to make your return.

How long do I have to return an item after purchase?

Items returned between 31 and 60 days after receipt will only qualify for a store credit. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 61 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item (s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

Please note, all returns shipped back to Lamps Plus from Canada must be sent via UPS using the documentation provided by us with your RMA.
