What is the return policy for my order?
You can return any product within 3 business days from receipt of your order from your delivery date to ship back to us for a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost of $6.95. If you were unable to return your order within the first 3 business days, don't worry!

Each one of our pots (created just 12 miles away from our Vancouver factory) and bottles are made from BPA-free 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, and can be reused, recycled or returned to a Lush shop for recycling. Almost everything I have ordered I have loved and I get a lot of compliments. Shipping is so quick and I usually get it within a week or less. The only thing is I wish there were more sales. Like buy one get one half off. Or more free shipping. Just a lot of other companies I order from online have sales.
