What is Lulu's return policy for lighting and wallpaper?
For all lighting and wallpaper, once it has been installed it cannot be returned. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER or is a Special Order, it is not eligible for return. How do I return or exchange a Lulus item?

Yes. If you're having second thoughts about your gear, and your purchase was made within 30 days, we can return it. Product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Can you return pilled Lululemon leggings?
UPDATE: As of September 2019, lululemon has made pilling a non-quality issue. Meaning, if your product pills, you are no longer allowed to return it due to manufacturer defects or quality issues. This is really unfortunate because many of their Align leggings will eventually pill.
Does Lulus have free return shipping?
Lulus' return policy states that you can return the package within 30 days of the delivery date. If you send the item back within ten days of delivery, you are entitled to free return shipping. Customers who return the item after the first ten days have to pay a $7 fee.
How do I exchange Lulus?
You must postmark your original item within 10 days of the date you initiate the exchange online to avoid being charged for the new item, as well as a $7 fee for the return shipping. If you have been charged for the new item, we will refund the cost of the original item after we receive it at our returns facility.

Yes, you can! The exception to this includes face masks, which aren’t returnable, outlet items, and Like New purchases. Otherwise, if an in store return is more convenient for you than the online process, just be sure to bring your proof of purchase and you’ll be fine.

Shipping
Due to carrier shipping constraints, we’re facing extended shipping timelines on many items of up to 14-18 business days. In some cases, there will be a delay from when your shipping label is created, and when FedEx actually picks up the item from our warehouse.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item is noted as eligible for a free return on the product page, it can be returned with a complimentary return label when a return is requested within 60 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges.
