Worst costumer support
Bought a costume, read the size chart, despite that the costume didn't fit. Customer service told me to pay the size up in order to do the exchange and they would pay the shipping. I wasn't happy about paying two costume just because the sizing chart was wrong.

Third and last time i will ever order
Every time I order from them, something is wrong. They also don’t even cover return shipping in the event something goes wrong on their end. The latest time, i ordered the Zelda Skyward Sword cosplay. The pink color from the dress got all over the white sail from wearing it once. Bleach won’t even get it out.
Unfair Giveaways, they don't deal with problems properly
They restricted me on instagram because I told them one of their giveaways wasn't fair (they picked a winner who didn't follow the rules, then picked a new one after I called them out) so my comments wouldn't be seen by others, unless they approved them first (and they never did).

Extremely satisfied with sizing, quality, prices, shipping and more! Imo the best cosplay shop, only downside is that they don't catch on the latest trends quick enough like some other cosplay shops. When I had a problem with an item being out of stock I contacted their customer support and got it figured out quickly, they respond in 1 workday.

So far I have ordered two things from the website and my first item is recently just came back it's not good quality but it's not bad either I got a Nezuko wig and a Nezuko costume the wig arrived very quickly after like maybe I think 2 weeks which they were supposed to arrive August slightly suspicious but I don't really care so now I'm just waiting for the other one but as of right now I think it's really good and I feel like I will be buying from them again now all that weight is for the costume to see if it actually does come from the comments I have read I'm a bit scared I should have done more research and stuff before I wasted my whole paycheck but yeah it's a good wig no there are some nuts and it's a bit frizzy at some areas but that can be easily fixed if you know what you're doing overall I've had a good experience with them!!!.
