We offer 3 and 5 year protection coverage on all products through Mulberry. Does Moon pod ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
No. Unfortunately, due to carrier preferences, we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses at this time. What are the dimensions of Moon Pod? Moon Pod is an amorphous shape, thus, its dimensions will vary. However, the approximate dimensions are about 50-56 inches x 20-24 inches x 20-24 inches.

Can you refill a Moon Pod?
We engineered Moon Pod to last for years! After some time, you may need to refill the inner sleeve with additional beads. However, after refilling the beanbag it will act as good as new!

To clean your Moonpod zip off the outer shell, wash in cold water with like colors, and tumble dry on low heat. After the shell is dry, you can put it back on.
