They are potentially the worst site when it comes to returns! They have all their items on sale just over 30% and conveniently have a return policy where items over 30% off cant be returned! In addition the pictures on their site don't match the color of the items you receive! Alot of other better options out there! AVOID!

I just purchased the genie pants (bit of an impulsive buy because their ads keep popping up) and I had to pay 20$ in duties. I'm a bit confused as I thought this was a Canadian company and I'm located in Canada. Anyways it's fine. But the the total came out to $85 for relatively cheap clothing and material. I would have been happier with new lulus.

Terrible material, awkwardly shaped not ideal for anyone's actual body shape. I'm not a stick but I'm not thick either and these were the most awkward fit of bottoms I've ever tried on in my life! And I can only exchange so I tried a different type and had the same issues.

Deceptive sales tactics, a lot of final sale items which aren’t made clear at time of purchase. Items are inconsistent in sizing, they are very slow to process orders and only handle complaints via email which is incredibly ineffective. Don’t purchase from here unless you don’t care about ending up with items that don’t fit that you can’t return.

I had ordered a shirt and yoga pants, which took almost two months to come. Once they did it was too hot to wear the pants so I put them away. Today I put them on for the first time only to find the inside seam on the leg was not even sewn together. They are way overpriced and of low quality. Do not waste your money...
