How do I return my order to Native Shoes?
Please email us at customercare@nativeshoes.com with your order number, a photo of the shoes in question, and the packing slip enclosed. We’ll take it from there and make this right for you. MY ORDER IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT CAN I DO?
How do I return or exchange an item at Nantucket?
Please reach out to our Nantucket store directly through their phone number +1 508-221-7223 and they’ll be glad to help! HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? We do not currently offer exchanges, but would be happy to arrange a return and reorder. Simply use that prepaid label to send your shoes back to us.
What is the return policy for Last Chance shoes?
All regular priced orders placed between November 15th and December 26th have until January 30th, 2022 to be returned. Please note that any shoes purchased from our Last Chance section will be marked final sale at checkout and are not eligible for return. Can I return or exchange a gift I received?
I RECEIVED SHOES AS A GIFT AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Unfortunately our system does not currently support exchanges, but we would be happy to arrange a return and reorder. This policy applies to all purchases, including gifts. In order to arrange a return and reorder, please touch base with the original purchaser.
Does Native take returns?
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of your package being received by you and must be sent to us within 30 days of your return label being generated and sent to you. We do not accept the return of any product or good that is not purchased via the Services.
Do natives run true to size?
These shoes run a half size smaller. If you go to the Native website and click FAQ it will tell you that if you wear an in-between size to order a size down.
How do I cancel my Native subscription?
No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product is arriving too frequently! From there you can change your Subscription Frequency. Reach out to Support and we'd be happy to help.
Can you put natives in the dishwasher?
Our shoes are formed using heat and so can be deformed by it as well! For these reasons, never put your EVA shoes in the washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher. Since they are heat sensitive, we also recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight when off the foot and never leaving them in the car on a hot day.
Are you supposed to wear socks with Native Shoes?
The odor resistant and massaging footbed molds to your feet which makes it comfortable for all-day wear. This sneaker can be worn with or without socks and the perforated upper allows feet to breathe.
Do Native Shoes get smelly?
Taking Care of Native Shoes Remember, dirt and mud can cause harm to the material over time. Another thing is that they can get smelly! But this shouldn't be too surprising—if anything, it can happen with any pair of shoes.
Can I cancel Native order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund by following our Product Returns process. Does native deodorant have baking soda in it?
What are the ingredients used to make Native Deodorant? We use caprylic/capric triglyceride, tapioca starch, ozokerite, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), magnesium hydroxide, coconut oil, cyclodextrin, shea butter, dextrose, and L. Acidophilus (probiotic). Our scented deodorants include a proprietary blend of oils.

You can try Native as a one-time purchase ($12), or subscribe to receive a new bar every 1-4 months ($10.00 per shipment).
How do I make my natives white again?
To clean Natives or Crocs, use any all-purpose cleaner (such as Fantastik) and an old toothbrush, and scrub away! They'll come out looking like new. If you want a less labor-intensive option, these shoes will get clean in the washing machine, but the machine won't get into the grooves as the toothbrush will.

How do you clean yellowed Native Shoes?
I thought about popping them in the dishwasher but wasn't sure about the heat breaking them down. So I busted out the Magic Eraser, mixed some Dawn in warm water, and scrubbed them down. Voila! They were like-new in 5 minutes.
Do Native Jefferson run big?
We love these shoes! My boys think they are very comfortable and I love that they are easily washed, can get wet, and don't make their feet stink like other sandals. They do run large. We needed one size down from our usual size in stride rite shoes.
Do natives stretch out?
The shoes will stretch when heated. DO NOT put them in the dryer and try it that way. The heal shrinks and you can't get it back. And you'll mess up the shoes when you try to pull them on your foot when they are hot out of the dryer.
