if I could give negative stars I would. Clothes are obviously extremely cute but I ordered in January ( express shipping at that) and it’s almost September and it still hasn’t come. I hate to be a karen but in this situation I reserve Karen rights.
Shipping sucks
Shipping sucks. Ordered express on March 18 and still haven’t received my item. I know they send out on the daily to influencers but don’t prioritize their customers orders.
I waited over 3 months for a shirt that looks nothing like the photo online
I waited over 3 months for two shirts. The white “hellbound” shirt had a small yellow stain on it and the Bardot top looked NOTHING like the photos. When I emailed them about the top looking nothing like the photos (I asked if I could get a refund or if there was anything else they could do to rectify the situation) they just said they couldn’t refund me per their policy.
shipping is absolutely horrible
shipping is absolutely horrible, I know brands aren’t responsible for shipping but it took them 6 months to drop off my product to their carrier and for it to arrive. the design is cute and all but the fabric was not what I expected at all, it’s stretchy and elastic and looks cheap. Very disappointed.
I paid for express for my items
I paid for express for my items. No shipping update or response to multiple emails 3 weeks later. By the time/if I receive items they will be out of fashion. So upset and disappointed
AVOID
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a faulty item, I emailed the company about this, they were so rude and sending back very sarcastic comments in the emails. I sent the item back with all the proof, but trying to get my refund back was an absolute nightmare, took forever to refund me, I could see by the tracking the item had arrived, but no one would email me back regarding refunding me. TWO weeks later i was refunded, but I'll never order from here again..
I think I was very lucky
I think I was very lucky. I had no issues with my order at all! Both items came in the same package and arrived a little under two weeks to Canada. I was really surprised.
