They are bunch of scam and return policy sucks. Most places would allow you at least 60-90 days return! BE aware- anything you buy here at Overstock- if you need to return anything, you will not get your money back. I found out that even though you do make it before the 30 days, you will still be responsible and charge you shipping fee.

Overstock also mentions "unopened" items---I didn't know the rug wasn't exactly what I wanted until after I unrolled it in the foyer.

I returned an 8 foot hooked wool runner to Overstock but they sent the wrong rug to me so they provided me with a prepaid shipping label and I took it to UPS. The rug was supposed to have a black background and the one I received was white. They were good about it.
