What is the return or exchange policy? LOFT will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise by mail or online. Unwashed, unworn and defective merchandise may also be returned or exchanged at any LOFT store location, with the exception of merchandise from the Maternity and Swimwear Collections.
Can I get a refund on my loft purchase?
In order to receive a refund on your purchase from LOFT you will need to return the item or items to the appropriate location. If you return the item or items within 30 days of purchase AND with the receipt, you will receive a full refund in the original payment method.
