Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered a package from them for a gift. It never arrived and it was marked as delivered. I contacted FedEx who sent me to pacsun who sent me to a messaging service that was zero help. They told me to wait 2 more days and then we may be able to discuss further options.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Their online ordering system revised our address so order was sent to the wrong address. When we called to let them know, they required a police report to issue refund. Ridiculous, especially as this was their fault. Note also that when we called, one agent told us the refund was approved.

After working at Pacsun for many years, the company is terrible, clothing quality is not worth the pricing, sizes run smaller than advertised, sales advertised are never actually happening. PayPal orders cannot be returned in store except for store credit. Please don't be mean to the local store workers because upper management is the true issue.
