Why does sage and Paige refuse to accept returned items?

THE AFTERPAY FAQ

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them later. Payments are made in four equal installments, automatically taken every 2 weeks, without any interest.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early.

DELIVERY

Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frames like any other order from PAIGE.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Contact Customer Support for inquires. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from PAIGE to Afterpay, and then to you. Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a return label for sending back the merchandise.

International Returns

  • For returns other than Australia or USA, please contact the Sage and Paige Customer Service Team via returns@sageandpaige.com to process International Returns. We are unable to offer return labels for International Orders. Duties and taxes are not refunded on international returns.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges. Instead, simply return it for Store Credit and you can order an alternative size or product separately.

Return Processing

  • Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your return, but high-volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays.
