How long does it take for Patagonia to exchange a product?

How long does it take for Patagonia to repair a damaged item?

What is the Patagonia return policy?
You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Patagonia—both new and sale items. Although there is no set time limit, we ask that returns for fit or color be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached.
Can you return worn Patagonia?

Do you need a receipt to return Patagonia?
If you can provide a receipt or other proof of purchase, we will refund the amount paid in the form of a Patagonia Gift Card. Without proof of purchase, you will be issued a Gift Card for the last known sale price of the item.
How long do you have to exchange at Patagonia?

Does Patagonia run small?
Patagonia sizing is mostly true to size. However some items - notably shorts and trousers - are cut larger than a usual size, so if in doubt consider going a size down. Helpfully, the label also adds a guide to how a garment is designed to fit, on a scale from form-fitting to relaxed.
