How do I return an unworn item to peppermayo?
Click “Start Return” and follow the steps to complete our online returns form. Choose whether you would like Exchange, Store Credit or Refund. Package your unworn item (s) with their original tags attached in the Peppermayo mailer. Cover the original shipping label and attach your new printed return label.
What is the return policy for my item (s)?
In order for you item (s) to be valid for return it must meet the following criteria: - be a full priced item (includes full priced items purchased using a discount code) - No returns on sale items. *Returns may take up to 10 business days to be completed.
