Pick-n-Pull Standard Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your parts purchase you may return the purchased item to any Pick-n-Pull location within thirty (30) days of the original purchase with the receipt. We will not accept parts for return or exchange without a receipt.
Pick-n-Pull Core Deposit Refund Policy
If you paid a Core Deposit when you purchased a part, we will provide a cash refund of the Core Deposit up to thirty (30) days from the original core item purchase date as long as the original core item is returned OR you provide a matching core item.
What to do when visiting a pick-n-pull?
Additional safety tips when visiting a Pick-n-Pull location: Wear protective gloves when handling vehicle parts. Practice safe lifting techniques using your body when lifting an object.
Does Pick and Pull take responsibility for damage to your car?
Pick-n-Pull does not assume responsibility for injuries to you or damage to your vehicle that you may sustain while on our premises.
What are the two receipt options?
There are two receipt options: paper receipt or digital receipt. Returns will be refunded to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. Example: Credit Card, EBT/SNAP Card or Cash. Check purchases should be given back as Cash.
Can you return baby formula?
Baby formula purchased using WIC cannot be returned due to USDA regulation, but can be exchanged for the exact same item (Example: a damaged or dented item may be exchanged for the exact same product). Return of Tobacco, Beer, Wine and Alcohol is governed by local law. Effective July 13, 2020.
Can Kroger refund WIC?
WIC Returns - Kroger Company family of stores cannot provide refunds for any items which have been purchased with WIC. Any items purchased on WIC can be exchanged for the exact same item. Baby Formula Returns - Customers must have a receipt in order to refund / exchange baby formula.
