Our full return policy is listed below. All NEW shoes may be returned to Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company for Exchange or Credit up to 60 days from purchase. - If the shoe is less than 6 months old, and in our determination shows normal wear - Full money back or 100% store credit towards replacement.

Individual Sales

We require that all online orders be paid using a credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. If you are buying in-store, purchases may be paid using any of the approved credit cards listed above, cash, local check or money order at the time of purchase.

Corporate Sales

If you are a corporate customer, there are a variety of ways to pay for your purchase through Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company. Some of these payment methods include direct invoices to the company, use of company P-cards, personal credit card, payroll deduction plan (PRD), or company paid subsidy program.

Expedited Shipping

Orders for expedited shipping must be placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday-Friday for same day shipping with the options of Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air services. We suggest only choosing Expedited options for items we show in stock. Orders placed for in-stock shoes after 2 pm on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.

What if my shoe isn't in stock?

In the event that the footwear you purchased is not in stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to update you with the status of your order. We may suggest an alternate in-stock style if there happens to be a long delay with the availability of the footwear you request. We do not bill customers for items that are back-ordered.

Our carrier only ships to physical locations. Contact our corporate office at (800) 221-8843 or info@safgard.com if you have any questions about shipping to a P.O. box, shipping outside the continental United States.

International Shipping Policy

We are only able to ship bulk orders internationally. Rates will vary depending on location. At this time we are unable to ship to Canada. We hope to rectify this issue soon. In the meantime, we do have selected styles on Amazon as they do ship to Canada. Orders must be prepaid with US currency before the order can ship.

Shipping

Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. If you would like us to ship using your carrier of choice or if you would like the charges billed to your freight account, please contact Saf-T-Gard customer service.
