Does Snipes have a return policy?

You can return your online order at your local Snipes store. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a full refund with the following considerations: Please enclose your original packing slip with your return package. Product was not marked as Final Sale.

Can I return to Snipes without receipt?

Customers must present receipt and a valid form of ID for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Customer service is terrible, Snipes is NOT an authorized dealer for Nike products (spoke to nike) so any product they sell is not under Nike's warranty and CANNOT be verified as authentic. The manager that I spoke to also said they do not get their products from the actual manufacturer.

Habt ihr meine Rücksendung erhalten?

Du erhältst von uns eine E-Mail, sobald deine Rücksendung in unserem Logistikcenter zurückgebucht wurde. In einigen Fällen werden die Retourenpakete für 1-2 Werktage im Versandzentrum von DHL, bzw. Hermes gesammelt, bevor sie unserem Logistikcenter zugestellt werden.

Ich habe etwas zurückgeschickt. Wie und wann erfolgt die Rückerstattung?

Erfolgte deine Zahlung per Kreditkarte, PayPal oder Sofortüberweisung, wird sie nach erfolgreicher Verbuchung (nicht Zustellung!) in unserem Logistikcenter über Nacht automatisch auf das entsprechende Konto zurückgebucht.

Wie lautet die Retourenadresse?

Bitte nicht unfrei verschicken und unbedingt den Retourenschein oder eine Rechnungskopie ins Paket legen, damit wir das Paket direkt dir zuordnen können.

Wie reklamiere ich einen geschädigten Artikel?

Bitte schicke uns ein paar Fotos des Defekts und deine Bestellnummer an folgendes Kontaktformular . Wir schauen uns den Defekt vorab an und melden uns dann bei dir.
