Can you return custom furniture?
Each manufacturer has a different process surrounding returns and repairs, so it's important to read the terms and conditions. Generally, if custom furniture is faulty, manufacturers will fix this to ensure it is as it should be.
Who makes HOM Furniture?
Brothers Wayne and Rod Johansen, founders of HOM Furniture, and partner Carl Nyberg, have consistently understood the value of a good night's sleep. Waterbed Room and Total Bedroom stores, prominent Midwest mattress retailers of the late 70's and early 80's, became the solid foundation on which HOM Furniture was built.
Does Hom Furniture have military discount?

Why is it called Hom Furniture?
“We were looking for something unique and short enough for exterior signage,” says Johansen. Inspired by STOR Furnishings, which was acquired by IKEA, they went with HOM and never looked back. In 1996, Total Bedroom and HOM Oak & Leather merged into HOM Furniture.

Does Ashley Furniture give military discounts?
Ashley Furniture does NOT, indeed, offer a military discount. This goes for both online purchases, as well as in-store purchases.
Does IKEA have military discount?
Ikea is one of the best retailers to find cheap, high quality furniture. They offer a wide variety of products and services to assist with your shopping experience before, during and after your purchase. Ikea does not currently have a Military Discount.
Does Bob's furniture have a military discount?
Bob's Discount Furniture does not offer coupons, promo codes, veteran or military discounts, holiday promotions, or other temporary deals.
Does NFM have veteran discount?
Yes, Nebraska Furniture Mart offers a Military Discount. There is a certain pricing level for the Military Discount, and is not a set percentage off. Please bring your Military ID with you to show to the Sales Associate or Cashier.
Return Policy & Information
Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the highest level of customer service.
To return an item using our Standard Return Policy
Please email customerservice@homefurnitureandpatio.com ;and include your original order number, what product (s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at (888) 436-9500. After processing your request, we will email you an RMA number and a return address.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. Please open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt even if the package looks to be in good condition. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us.
How long does it take to get a refund from a mattress?
Refunds will be issued within 15 working days in the form of a check unless originally purchased with a credit card or financing. Mattresses, Adjustable Bases, and Foundations. Each mattress, foundation, adjustable base, or box spring may have its own limited warranty by the manufacturer.
Is mold covered under Home Furniture Plus?
Manufacturer's warranty and restrictions will supersede any Home Furniture Plus Bedding policies. Mold and mildew are not covered under warranty.
Does Home Furniture Plus have a warranty?
Home Furniture Plus Bedding does not offer a warranty on accessories. Returns or exchanges on accessories may be allowed within 48 hours of pickup or delivery of merchandise. Accessories are defined as, but not limited to: lamps, mirrors, pictures, rugs, decorative pieces for tables, etc. Labor and Service Call Charges.
Is Home Furniture Plus bedding responsible for damage?
NO exceptions. Merchandise must be inspected by the customer or recipient prior to picking up and leaving Home Furniture Plus Bedding properties. Home Furniture Plus Bedding is not responsible for any damage or defect caused by transportation of the item (s).
Product Colors and Sizes
Due to the nature of fabric and wood, they may be cut at a random match. There is a possibility that patterns may not exactly line up at seamed areas. Home Living is not responsible for variances in shade or textures due to customer screen settings and or expectations.
Handling Delivery Issues
Visible shipping damages must be reported immediately! Most of the product being delivered is opened and inspected before being loaded onto a delivery truck. However, based on the item, it may ship with the original packaging. If you see physical damage to the carton or to the item, point it ours to the delivery person.
Product Returns
We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Order Cancellation after Shipment
If you need to cancel after 24 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, you will receive a full refund minus a flat recall fee of $15. It's charged by FedEX or UPS.Cancellations after shipment is only valid to UPS ground delivery service and FedEx. Any Items delivered by truck, UPS surepost or USPS cannot be recalled.
