Just received my Bolle visor might ski helmet . After seeing lots of negative reviews about delivery of product, I was pleasantly surprised it arrived today Feb 24 within a couple days of the estimated delivery date . Well done! Great service.

Terrible company. Your purchase will arrive, if at all, long after they tell you it will. They are overseas and thus you will get a runaround about how your purchase is in customs, etc. My skis arrived damaged and Snow Inn would take zero responsibility, would not accept a return and would not refund my money.

I knew they would be late, and despite reading the reviews I did not have a great experience. Whereas the skis for my wife arrived in time for the ski trip (despite delayed 2 weeks), the jacket I bought didn't.

They seem sketchy but I had a good experience!

I was at first sketched out by how cheap their boots were compared to my local shop. But I gave them a try, since I can dispute the transaction with my cc company if they turned out to be a scam. My ski boots were shipped out a week after purchase and arrived 2 weeks later! So happy I was able to get these boots at such a discount.

Order number: 28095493 I ordered items on 22/1/2022. I have still not received my item for one month, they guarantee the shipping time is in several days. The delivery is terrible and there is no way to receive the item forever. When u want to cancel the order, they will never allow it until u receive the item. U have to wait and wait and wait.

An alright experience

I got my product as it was described. Snowinn was pretty transparrent with their emails and messages. The reason they didn't get 5 starts was that they advertised that the product would come in 1-2 days. However it took 5 days, which is fair since it's transported from Spain just don't advertice false information.

At first I was a bit scared to order at Snowin. But they really surprised me in a positive way. I payed with my creditcard. The order proces went smoothly. Confirmation also. Track and trace could be better. I missed them te first time because I did not know when they came to my door. Product was perfect.

Ordered a ski helmet and the product was arriving after 8 days which was within the delivery time. Despite a lot of negative reviews, I've gotten my helmet according to the exact description and it was delivered on time. The production date was 2019, but nothing wrong with the product.

Very slow delivery! Even though item was in stock and delivery was in 3-5days days according to website after I had no status update on the order I had to chase and was told the item was at their central warehouse and they were waiting for delivery of the item themselves.
