What is StarStar's order cancellation policy?
Star's professional sales and design consultants will make certain your selections are right for you. Orders of in-stock merchandise can be canceled anytime up to 48 hours prior to delivery for a full refund. If an order is canceled after that time, store credit will be issued.
What is the return policy for as-is products?
No refunds are available. AS-IS Merchandise: "AS-IS", "clearance", "floor sample", "close-out" and "one-off" merchandise cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. They are final sale. We cannot hold discontinued or clearance merchandise. Rugs and Rug Pads: Rugs and Rug Pads can be returned within 48 hours of receipt.

Our goal is to ship your order accurately and for it to arrive in good condition. Trees and plants should be ready to plant when they arrive. However, accidents sometimes happen.

In the case of orders with multiple shipments, this policy applies to each shipment at the time it was delivered. You have 14 days from the date each shipment was received to report order and delivery issues, and one year from each shipment delivery for our 110% guarantee.
