How do I return a swell?
What is the S'well return policy? Please make sure you include your Order Number and the reason for return on your packing slip. S'well is not responsible for return shipping costs, if this return is for a quality issue, please reach out to us at help@swell.com to file a warranty claim.
Does swell have a warranty?
S'well's one-year limited warranty does not cover any issues due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or loss / theft of the bottle.
Are Swell bottles worth the price?
The S'well bottle is awesome and so helpful for those who constantly drink water or need a drink to keep warm all day. Depending on the size the prices range from $25 to $45, but it's completely worth it. #SpoonTip: These bottles are completely customizable.
Can you put swell in fridge?
We do not recommend putting your S'well in the refrigerator, freezer, or microwave, as it can damage the bottle and its vacuum seal.

How do you get the smell out of a swell bottle?
Simply fill your reusable water bottle a quarter of the way full with vinegar, and to the brim with hot water. Let it soak overnight. Rinse the bottle thoroughly with warm water in the morning and let dry. This method will rid your bottle of any strong tastes and smells in or on your reusable water bottle.

For orders between 10/1 and 12/31 returns or exchanges will include free US ground shipping, returns must be received by 1/31/22. Excludes open box or final sale items.
LIFETIME RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items for an exchange or refund at any time as long as it's still in "New Condition." This means, the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Shipping for return
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
